Hauora Hub School Licence

Version 1.0, September 2026. This licence applies to every Hauora Hub unit, programme bundle and founding-schools purchase. It is included in every download and published at hauora-hub.nz/licence.

What you have bought

A perpetual school licence for the resources named on your receipt, for one school. You give your school's name at checkout and it is recorded with your purchase. Your receipt and that record are your licence.

Who may use the resources

• All Health and Physical Education staff at the licensed school, current and future.
• Relief and student teachers while they are teaching those classes.
• Your own students, in class and at home.

What you may do

• Teach from the slides, print and photocopy the paper resources, and share them with your own students without limit.
• Upload the files to your school's own systems (Google Drive, OneDrive, Teams, an LMS) for staff and students at your school.
• Edit, adapt, shorten, translate and rebrand any file to suit your students. You do not need to ask.

What you may not do

• Share the files, edited or not, with another school, kura, department, tutoring business or organisation.
• Sell the resources, or upload them to public websites, resource marketplaces, shared teacher drives, or public social media.
• Remove the Hauora Hub name from unedited files.

If another school would like the resources, point them to hauora-hub.nz or email hello@hauora-hub.nz. Programme and department pricing is available.

Copyright

Hauora Hub (Dan Squire, Porirua) retains copyright in all resources, including any version you edit. The te ao Māori anchors, patterns and emblems should be kept as designed, or removed, rather than altered.

Problems and fixes

These are digital files, so refunds are not offered once a download has been opened. If a file does not open, prints wrongly, or has an error, email hello@hauora-hub.nz and it will be fixed. Corrected files are sent to licence holders at no charge.

The legal bits

This licence is governed by New Zealand law. It does not expire and does not need renewing. Hauora Hub may update the wording of this licence; the version in your download applies to your purchase.
